"OMG, There is no way to explain how well my needs were taken care of by Mr. Derrick at this State Farm location. With a family of 5 I had many concerns of finding out how we could save money in every area of our lives. Mr. Derrick not only saved me in over $180 in car insurance but he also informed me that they offer home insurance. Needless to say by the end of the 20min phone call. Mr. Derrick saved us over $425 with both my home and car insurance combined. From the moment we spoke on the phone he made me feel like no matter what, he was going to help my family save money. I'm so Grateful for Good Customer Service!!! Like most companies that use AI, Automated Systems, Computers and etc. Nothing can beat a Live Person that cares for your needs and actually come through like what Mr. Derrick did for us.
